2. Products & Availability

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, we cannot guarantee product availability until your order is confirmed.

  • In case of stock unavailability after the order is placed, we’ll notify you ASAP and offer a refund or a replacement.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website using supported payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, e-wallets).

  • Payments are processed securely; charges are applied upon checkout.

  • In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipment & Delivery

  • We ship only to addresses within India (or specify if international).

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout; unexpected delays (e.g., logistics issues, force majeure) may occur.

  • We are not liable for customs/duties, or delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Consumables like tea may be non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • To request a refund/exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos of damaged/wrong items.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

  • All prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless specified.

  • Additional taxes, duties, or brokerage charges may apply for certain locations.

  • You are responsible for any additional levied taxes.

7. User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • You must be 18+ or have the consent of a legal guardian to place an order.

  • You’re responsible for keeping login details secure; notify us immediately of any breach.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, logos, designs) on our website belongs to Nutrichai or its licensors.

  • You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only; commercial use is prohibited without permission.

  • Our liability for any product/service is limited to the amount you paid.
