Refund Policy

At Nutrichai, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver the best quality tea from Assam. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • The package is missing items or arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns or refunds for taste preferences or opened products unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us at support@nutrichai.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will investigate your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The complaint is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is opened and used (unless defective).

  • The product was purchased during a promotional or clearance sale (unless damaged).
